pScan
About pScan
pScan is a subscription-based service designed to enable network managers to run scheduled or on-demand perimeter scans. The subscription price is based on the number of IP addresses scanned, so network administrators can run as many scans as necessary, whenever required, to identify vulnerabilities and confirm that the remedies deployed were successful.
pScan is managed via a menu-driven graphical user interface (GUI), and can be accessed at any time from any web browser.
pScan delivers preventative online security, and through its non-intrusive scanning and advanced reporting techniques, it enables customers to secure their networks whilst complying with industry or governmental regulations. pScan helps you and your business achieve complete peace of mind.
pScan VMP
pScan VMP (Vulnerability Management Platform) is a highly secure, centrally managed service that scans networks and highlights security vulnerabilities.
The pScan service is run from a number of servers hosted at Silensec data centres. Customers simply schedule scans via a web interface and pScan takes care of the rest, producing an automated security assessment report.
pScan Reports
pScan delivers a summary of technical data in report form. Graphical reports can be generated in HTML or PDF format using the easy-to-use web interface.
pScan reports summarise the security posture of each network device. A standard report includes information about the scan, specific host information, and a list of detected vulnerabilities. These reports present a description of each security risk detected, the severity of the threat, the potential consequences of exposure, regularity compliance information and links to validated patches and fixes. With this information, you can prioritise about how and where to take corrective, effective action.
